WERACONIX operates as a custom textile production service. Due to the nature of customized work, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving project details, designs, and specifications before production begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

In the event of an issue, WERACONIX will prioritize:

  • Correction
  • Replacement
  • Adjustment

before considering any refund.

6. Timeframe

Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery to be considered valid.

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made based on a case-by-case evaluation, ensuring fairness and alignment with project agreements.
